The Locked Potential of Raw Nuts
Raw nuts contain antinutrients that protect the seed in nature. However, these antinutrients prevent valuable minerals and nutrients from being optimally absorbed by the body. They make digestion more difficult and can irritate the intestinal lining. Specific fermentation unlocks these barriers and increases nutrient availability.

The 2DiE4 activation process is based on a traditional fermentation in two steps:
Our activation process turns raw organic nuts into true nutritional wonders. It all begins on our farm, Mooseurach, in Upper Bavaria, where we carefully handcraft each nut with the utmost care.
Step 1: Soaking
First, our nuts are soaked in a mixture of pure spring water from our farm and hand-harvested sea salt. This initiates the fermentation process.
Stage 2: Gentle drying:
The nuts are then gently dried at low temperatures below 65°C for several days. They are not roasted, as roasting would destroy some of the valuable nutrients.
